Mountain Residences goes for future-proof collaboration with Oasis Premium Resorts

Under their own hotel label PURE Resorts Austria, Marc de Vocht and Mark Smits of Mountain Residences take care of the rental and operation of the locations they develop and build themselves. As more and more new locations were developed, their attention was increasingly focused on the label, whereas their passion still lies with development. It was time to weigh up and make choices, so the men contacted Marktlink to discuss the future of PURE Resorts and their involvement.
Marktlink partner Remon Lustenhouwer: "Together we came up with an action plan. The label was separated from the group and sold to Oasis Resorts at the end of 2021. Now, 6 months later, we can see that the plan has worked. Marc and Mark are still only marginally involved with PURE Resorts and have returned their full focus to the development and construction of chalets and flats. I’m proud that we were able to be part of that."
