Your personal data is collected with the purposes of contacting you with relevant information about our projects and services. This data is certified by you through:

  • your completion of the website contact detail. We will contact you by email or phone about your specific request related to our services. This information includes:

Whenever you contact Mountain Residences via the contact form, all data that is being sent, such as your name and email address, will be stored on the mail server (Hostnet). Emails will be stored at most two years after you have sent them.

  • your subscription to our mailing list. When you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, your email address and name will automatically be stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp, as we use Mailchimp to send out our newsletter.

The period of storing your data in Mailchimp has no end date. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter whenever you want via the link that can be found at the bottom of every newsletter, or through sending an email to info@mountain-residences.com. 

  • direct contact by email. Whenever you contact Mountain Residences via e-mail, all data that is being sent, such as your name and email address, will be stored on the mail server (Hostnet). Emails will be stored at most two years after you have sent them.

We also monitor the use of our website by collecting data through the use of Google Analytics and cookies. We may automatically collect non-personal information. This information includes your website use information e.g. geographical location, device and browser, your activity on this website and where you exit from. We collect this data to continually improve our online services. Data on the website that is stored by Google Analytics can be stored for indefinite duration within Google Analytics.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.We will collect and store only relevant information. Some of your data will be stored for a longer period of time by Mountain Residences B.V, but no longer then needed to provide you with our services.

We never sell any data onto third parties and will only share data when you have given us permission in order to provide our full services. For example, at your request we may pass on your contact details to other serviceproviders, such as mortgage lenders, notaries, or accountants etc. Any data used by such parties will be done at your request and used only to provide the service which you require. Mountain Residences preserves their right to make your personal data public when they are legally obliged to.
